Why: both countries have monuments of Ilya Muromets (Kievan Rus)

-Foundation of Modern Kievan Rus' for following cooperation: Modern Kievan Rus passport/ ID could allow to work for citizens of Ukraine/Russia in other country without restrictions and bureaucracy, mutual recognition of training and education.
-New income tax 6% (instead 13% Russia, 18% Ukraine)
-Ministry for Economic Improvement (example: higher Old-age pensions minimum: 350 in Euro)

-Switch to natural mathematics (for progress in economics)

why Kievan Rus: To get the feeling that the person belongs to Ukraine and Russia regardless of political or other affiliation
